Identitiy for Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site in Barcelona. Designed by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, this space is the world's largest Art Nouveau site, and is listed in UNESCO's World Heritage Catalogue.
The design proposal departs from the basic form of rhombus/square, which is part of the logotype of Fundació Privada Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, and part of the emblem of Barcelona city. It is also a reference to the iconic modernist tile of the city. The rhombus acts as a container, like the site itself which hosts social and cultural projects. The 45 degree tilt of the logo is an allusion to the oblique orientation of the site, with reference to the grid of Eixample.
